Amicus Curiae Brief to the United State Supreme Court

The New York State Association of Chiefs of Police filed an Amicus Curiae brief with the U.S. Supreme Court. Assistant District Attorney Caitlin Halligan, General Counsel to the New York County District Attorney’s Office, made oral arguments before the United States Supreme Court on March 21st, 2011. On March 29th, the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed the matter without explanation.
