June 5^th, 2025: NCTC Bulletproof Mind will be held at the New York State Police Academy located at 1220 Washington Ext. Building 24, Albany, New York. BULLETPROOF MIND is a presentation in which United States Army Lieutenant Colonel (ret.) David Grossman presents a model for action that ensures professionals can train for and overcome the unique mental stressors of possible violence. Training is brought to you by NCTC, New York State Police, United States Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of New York, and MAGLOCLEN.
