June 18^th and 19^th, 2025 NCTC’s Drug Identification will be held at Niagara University, Dunleavy Hall, Room 127. Training is co-hosted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Western District of New York, Niagara University Criminal Justice Department, and MAGLOCLEN. This presentation will focus on current trends in drug identification. It will offer an in-depth look into the various types of drugs that are available on the street and over the counter and the new methods of use and trafficking. It will examine how these drugs affect the body and how to recognize the use and abuse of these substances. It will examine how these drugs are manufactured, processed, distributed, and market in society.
