Procedural Justice for Executives
The Procedural Justice Executive Leaders Workshop equips police leadership with the knowledge and tools to embed procedural justice throughout their organizations. This multidisciplinary curriculum offers practical, research-backed strategies for developing a strategic plan rooted in the six pillars of 21st-Century Policing. Participants will identify and address organizational challenges related to policy, recruitment, retention, wellness, training, and evaluation at both state and local levels.
The workshop addresses these issues through the lens of rigorous, evidence-based problem analysis, guiding leaders in implementing practices that enhance operational effectiveness, improve internal dynamics, and foster a culture of police legitimacy, officer well-being, and evidence-based practice.
The preferred audience for this workshop is employees within an agency who hold the rank of Lieutenant or above. Exceptions will be considered based on the size of the department and its command staff.
Pre-requisite: If you have not taken a course in procedural justice, participants are asked to view the attached pre-recorded webinar prior to attending the workshop:
