2026 Impaired Driving and Traffic Safety (IDTS) Conference

Registration and housing for the annual 2026 Impaired Driving and Traffic Safety (IDTS) Conference is now open. This year's conference will be held August 21-23 in Anaheim, California at the Hilton Anaheim—777 Convention Way, Anaheim, CA 92802.

Connect with traffic safety professionals and Drug Recognition Experts (DRE) at the IDTS Conference. At this premier training event attendees will learn about proven road safety strategies, the latest science in alcohol- and drug-impaired driving enforcement, innovative technology solutions, and effective education approaches that help agencies build trust within their communities.

The IACP has reserved a room block for attendees at the Hilton Anaheim,  to make your trip to Anaheim more affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
