2nd Annual Patrol Officers Forum

Save the date - On January 6^th and 7^th, 2026,  please join us for the 2^nd Annual Patrol Officer’s Forum. This year’s Forum will be held at Storer Auditorium, located at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse. This is free training conference, that is intended for the line level Patrol Officer, Deputy, Trooper. However, any operational sworn officer can attend. We are currently finalizing our presenters but intend to have the following topics: TOPS Mass Shooting case study, Skimming Devices, Temporary Registration Fraud, Witness Testimony for the Patrol Officer, Canadian Law Enforcement case study on CAN Invaded car theft, and Case Law Surrounding Criminal Interdiction in New York. Please watch for more announcements regarding this training. This training is made possible through the efforts of the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, Village of Homer Police Department, and many other agencies.

This conference will be free to sworn members of law enforcement.
