Breath Analysis Operator Instructor Course
The Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Public Safety is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the following Breath Analysis Instructor Course. The Breath Analysis Instructor Course is an intensive four (4) day training class designed to prepare qualified individuals to instruct the Breath Analysis Operator course. Mandatory Prerequisites for attending this training are listed below:
Prerequisites:
- Certified Breath Analysis Operator for a minimum of two (2) years and currently hold a valid NYS Department of Health Breath Analysis Operators permit.
- Valid certification as a MPTC General Topics Instructor
This four-day training course will be held in:
Dutchess County – June 23-26, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
