Breath Analysis Operator Instructor Update Course - Broome County
The Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Public Safety, is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a Breath Analysis Operator Instructor Update Course. The Breath Analysis Instructor Update Course is a four-hour training class designed to update certified Breath Analysis Course Instructors in the proper procedures and protocols for presenting the Breath Analysis Course, and the Current Course Curriculum. Mandatory Prerequisites for attending this training are listed below:
Prerequisite:
- Certified Breath Analysis Operator Course Instructor and currently hold a valid NYS Department of Health Breath Analysis Operators permit.
- Certification as a MPTC General Topics Instructor
This 4-hour training course will be held at the following locations:
- Broome County: July 16, 2026, 8am to 12 Noon
