Law Enforcement’s Contact with Sovereign Citizens and

Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs

 

October 15, 2026, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, MAGLOCLEN, Village of Homer Police Department, and the Better Business Bureau of Upstate New York are pleased to present MAGLOCLEN’s one-day Law Enforcement’s Contact with Sovereign Citizens and Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs. Instructors will be MAGLOCLEN’s own Strategic Tactical Analysts, Francis O’Brien, and Kevin McDonough.
