DWI Documentation and Testimony Course - Ontario and Oneida Counties

The Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Public Safety is pleased to announce a DWI Documentation and Testimony Course. This course is designed to prepare police officers to be excellent witnesses in court, be aware of and able to avoid the most common defense traps and pitfalls and be confident while testifying at DWI trials.

The training course will be held at the following locations:

Ontario County – August 13, 2024, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Oneida County – August 20, 2024, 8:00am to 4:00pm

• Overview of DWI hearings
• Pretrial Preparation
• Officer Testimony
• Defense Attorney Cross Examination of the Officer
