March 17^th to 19^th, 2025: NCTC’s Detecting Misleading Behaviors will be held at the Cortland County Regional Training Center, located at 3557 Terrace Rd, Cortland, New York. This course will provide law enforcement officers and military personnel skills to detect misleading or deceptive behaviors in drug traffickers, and criminal suspects, whether in an interview or interrogation situation or a drug negotiation situation. Training is hosted by the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center and co-hosted by the Village of Homer Police Department, U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of New York, and MAGLOCLEN.
